




**Job Mission** Ensure the full operation and longevity of equipment and machines through correct application of lubrication, cleaning, and monitoring of mechanical conditions, preventing failures and unplanned shutdowns, thereby ensuring productivity, operational safety, and production process quality. **Main Responsibilities:** Perform lubrication on machines and equipment according to the preventive maintenance plan; Apply correct oils, greases, and other lubricants in accordance with technical specifications; Inspect lubrication points to verify wear, leaks, or contamination; Support mechanics and technicians in preventive activities focused on lubrication-related failure prevention; Perform immediate lubrication when risk of failure or abnormal noise is identified; Replace contaminated or unsuitable lubricants; Collaborate with the mechanical maintenance team for replacement of components related to lubrication; Record lubrication data in systems or spreadsheets, ensuring traceability; Analyze failure signs in bearings, gears, and pneumatic/hydraulic systems related to lubrication; Report anomalies to maintenance supervisors for corrective actions; Properly use and store lubricants, complying with environmental and safety regulations; Record material consumption and communicate replenishment needs; Suggest improvements to lubrication procedures to optimize time and consumable usage; Participate in internal training on maintenance and new lubrication technologies; Comply with safety standards when handling oils and greases to prevent accidents and contamination; Ensure proper disposal of lubrication waste; Report anomalies and wear detected during routine lubrication; Use PPE — Personal Protective Equipment — appropriate to the position and its activities; Understand and practice conduct aligned with the Group’s integrity standards; Comply with and enforce company standards, processes, and policies; Maintain the work environment, materials, proper use of equipment, and confidentiality of information; Perform other tasks of equivalent complexity as required by the department/company. **Requirements:** Completed high school education Desirable experience in lubrication activities within an industrial environment Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance Desirable basic industrial lubrication course
