Our headquarters is located in Itapema/SC, and we also operate in Balneário Camboriú, Camboriú, Itajaí, Navegantes, and Porto Belo. **ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY:** * Manage construction project execution, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, and required quality standards; * Manage on-site engineering teams, site supervisors, foremen, and other professionals involved in project execution; * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations and current environmental legislation; * Interface with suppliers and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring delivery according to established requirements; * Supervise logistics and materials management, ensuring resource optimization and waste minimization; * Monitor and report construction performance indicators, preparing managerial reports for the Engineering Directorate and Executive Directorate; * Ensure construction compliance with architectural and structural designs, proposing adjustments and technical solutions when necessary; * Develop and implement best practices in construction management to optimize processes and enhance efficiency in project execution; * Support the Development and Sales team during project handover, ensuring all final stages align with customer expectations. **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; * Proven experience managing high-standard construction projects; * Advanced knowledge of project management and construction budgeting; * Leadership and multidisciplinary team management skills; * Ability to negotiate with suppliers and stakeholders; * Proficiency in technical standards and legislation applicable to the civil construction sector; * Experience with sustainability certifications and processes in construction is a plus; * Strong interpersonal skills; * Teamwork orientation; * Organizational skills; * Discipline; * Resilience.
