Lead strategic Human Resources projects (leadership development, organizational climate, employee engagement, succession planning, and recognition programs). Manage complex recruitment and selection processes for leadership and specialist positions. Design and monitor development programs, training initiatives, and career pathways. Monitor strategic HR KPIs (turnover, absenteeism, internal NPS, productivity, etc.) and propose improvement actions. Support and oversee performance evaluation processes, individual development plans (IDPs), and structured feedback. Act as a mediator in organizational conflicts, proposing solutions that maintain harmony and focus on results. Ensure legal compliance and efficient management of internal policies and procedures. Contribute to the evolution of organizational culture, reinforcing values and practices that strengthen UFit’s employer brand. Mentor and support junior and mid-level analysts, sharing technical knowledge and best practices. Act as a mediator in conflicts and facilitate communication between leaders and teams.
