Job Summary:
A professional responsible for creating and managing Revit models, performing analyses of complementary projects, and coordinating interdisciplinary design.
Key Highlights:

3. Preparation of technical documentation for construction
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Create, edit, and manage highly detailed Revit models;
* Conduct critical analysis of complementary projects (structural, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, gas, electrical, etc.);
* Perform interdisciplinary coordination, identifying clashes and proposing technical solutions;
* Extract material quantities from Revit and support cost estimation activities;
* Prepare technical documentation for construction (working drawings, details, revisions);
* Generate and review file exports (IFC, DWG, PDF);
* Direct interface with designers, external consultants, and internal engineering teams;
* Support technical monitoring of construction solutions implemented on-site;
* Other duties inherent to the position.
**Requirements:**
* Experience in the responsibilities described above;
* Completed degree in Architecture, Engineering, Design, or related fields.
* Ability to read various types of drawings (architectural, structural, plumbing, electrical, fire protection);
* Proficiency in computer graphics;
* Knowledge and hands-on experience with Revit/BIM;
Working hours: Monday to Friday.
