Job Summary: The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for receiving, delivering, and controlling materials and goods, ensuring effective inventory management and adherence to the construction schedule. The Warehouse Clerk's mission is to receive, deliver, and control materials and goods, verifying invoices against purchase orders (quantity, quality, and specifications), entering data into the system, and conducting inventories—thereby meeting operational demands to support project scheduling and inventory management. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage and organize inventory; * Control material receipt; * Enter invoices into the SAP system; * Approve requisitions with the Site Leader; * Monitor requisitions, orders, and material deliveries; * Ensure batch traceability of materials; * Ensure traceability of material dispatches; * Distribute materials and equipment to employees according to their requisitions; * Resolve administrative matters related to the scope of work; * Maintain equipment in good working condition, always testing during delivery and return; * Comply with company safety, quality, and environmental standards; * Use materials rationally to avoid waste; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace; * Conduct on-the-job training for new employees in accordance with company standards; * Prepare reports and conduct inventories. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Relevant work experience; * Proficiency in Office Suite / Google Workspace; * Knowledge of construction materials and equipment; * NR18 and NR35\.
