The mission of this position is to ensure the execution of support services (e.g., cleaning, organizing, etc.) by implementing the defined work plan, thereby ensuring user satisfaction and safety. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Clean and organize rooms, offices, locker rooms, restrooms, storage areas, and other general living-area environments; * Perform general internal and external cleaning at construction sites; * Restock cleaning supplies, cups, soaps, paper towels, and toilet paper; * Carry out minor excavation and backfilling tasks; * Support the warehouse clerk in organizing the warehouse and counting materials; * Load and/or unload materials onto trucks and perform horizontal and vertical material handling on construction sites; * Clean and operate wheel-washing equipment at construction sites, including washing truck tires; * Install safety and construction identification signage; * Install safety nets for work areas; move, position, and secure guardrails; * Clear weeds and apply pesticide around construction sites; * Perform minor hydraulic repairs; * Assist in applying mortar to slab undersides; * Assist in waterproofing activities, barbecue grill installations, and window installations; * Mix mortar using a concrete mixer; * Monitor and treat brush-washing water and temporary wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs); * Use materials rationally to avoid waste; * Comply with company standards for safety, quality, and environmental protection; * Assist colleagues and supervisors in related job duties; * Attend meetings and uphold the values and principles outlined in the Code of Conduct; * Follow procedures relevant to the role. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Incomplete elementary education; * NR 18, NR 35, and NR 12 certifications.
