We are seeking a dedicated and talented Designer to join our team in Balneário Camboriú. **Responsibilities:** * Maintain brand visual identity consistency, ensuring alignment with the company’s concepts, values, and positioning through appropriate use of typography, colors, and imagery. * Develop visual concepts and graphic assets for printed and digital materials. * Create sub-brands, brochures, construction site hoardings, and other graphic materials for developments. * Adapt images, videos, and illustrations for various formats and platforms. * Research design trends and emerging technologies to drive visual innovation. * Request quotations and negotiate with suppliers. * Develop and schedule email marketing campaigns. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Design or Graphic Design. * Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). * Experience in video editing is a plus. * Knowledge of AI tools applied to design is a plus.
