The Construction Assistant’s mission is to ensure that on-site activities are carried out correctly, in accordance with approved project designs and procedures, as per the planned schedule. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Issue material requisitions to contractors; * Monitor purchase order implementation and contract signing; * Support the preparation of Addendum Requests; * Train teams on Safety Instructions (IS's); * Track projects and design revisions; * Prepare and verify Field Verification reports (FV's); * Actively participate in quality, safety, and other company programs; * Ensure third-party services are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting quality and safety standards on site; * Assist management in supervising construction execution; * Monitor the delivery of inputs and materials to meet the construction schedule. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Tools; * Knowledge of AutoCAD and project design tools; * Ability to read and analyze construction drawings.
