The Construction Assistant's mission is to ensure the execution of on-site activities within the correct review of projects and procedures, according to the planned schedule. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Issue material requisitions to contractors. * Monitor the implementation of purchase orders and contract signings. * Support the preparation of Addendum Requests. * Train teams on Safety Instructions (IS's). * Follow up on projects and revisions. * Perform and verify Field Verifications (FV's). * Actively participate in quality, safety, and other company programs. * Ensure third-party activities are executed within cost, schedule, quality, and safety parameters on construction sites. * Assist management in supervising construction execution. * Monitor the delivery of inputs and materials to meet the construction schedule. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Tools. * Knowledge of AutoCAD and project design tools. * Ability to read and analyze project documents.
