The Warehouse Clerk’s mission is to receive, deliver, and control materials and goods by verifying invoices against purchase orders (quantity, quality, and specifications), entering data into the system, and conducting inventories—aiming to fulfill construction schedule requirements and support inventory management. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Control and organize inventory; * Control material receipt; * Enter invoices into the SAP system; * Approve requisitions with the Site Leader; * Monitor requisitions, purchase orders, and material deliveries; * Ensure traceability of material batches; * Ensure traceability of outgoing materials; * Distribute materials and equipment to employees according to their requisitions; * Resolve administrative matters related to the area of operation; * Maintain equipment in good working condition, always testing during delivery and return; * Comply with company safety, quality, and environmental standards; * Use materials rationally to avoid waste; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace; * Provide hands-on training for new employees according to company standards; * Prepare reports and conduct inventories. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Experience in this role; * Proficiency in Office/Google Suite; * Knowledge of construction materials and equipment; * NR18 and NR35 certifications.
