Competitive analysis and market trend analysis About the Role We are seeking an E\-commerce Analyst to manage and grow our digital channel. This person will be responsible for monitoring online store performance, ensuring the best customer experience, and driving sales through commercial and operational strategies. ⸻ Main Responsibilities \* Management and updating of the e\-commerce platform (product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing) \* Order monitoring, inventory management, and ERP integration \* Tracking key performance indicators (conversion rate, average order value, cart abandonment rate, revenue) \* Creation and execution of promotional campaigns \* Collaboration with the marketing team on digital initiatives (paid traffic, email marketing, etc.) \* Marketplace management (e.g., Mercado Livre, Amazon, Shopee, etc.) \* Customer service and support across digital channels \* Competitive analysis and market trend analysis \* Continuous optimization of user experience (UX) ⸻ Requirements \* Prior experience in e\-commerce \* Knowledge of platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Tray, Nuvemshop, or similar \* Understanding of digital marketing and sales funnels \* Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) \* Organizational skills, proactivity, and results orientation ⸻ Preferred Qualifications \* Prior experience in e\-commerce \* Knowledge of platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Tray, Nuvemshop, or similar \* Understanding of digital marketing and sales funnels \* Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) \* Marketplace experience \* Knowledge of SEO for e\-commerce \* Experience with ERP systems and integrations \* Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop) \* Industry-specific experience (insert your company’s industry, e.g., tools, retail, etc.) ⸻ Compensation and Benefits \* Market-competitive salary, with salary increase after probationary period \* Attendance bonus or transportation allowance (if applicable) after probationary period Working Hours \* 40 hours per week ⸻ Role Objective Ensure sustainable growth of the e\-commerce channel by increasing revenue, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
