JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for delivering efficient and welcoming customer service; maintaining product organization, restocking, and accurate pricing; ensuring accuracy in cash operations and handling of monetary values; safeguarding product quality by verifying expiration dates and integrity; contributing to store organization and adherence to internal processes; and supporting pricing actions, promotions, and visual communication layout. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED **Operate the cash register:** product scanning, payment receipt, and value verification. In-store customer service, clarifying doubts and assisting with purchases. Restocking and organizing merchandise on shelves. Price verification, expiration date checks, and packaging condition assessment. Replacing and updating labels, posters, banners, and conducting price audits. Receiving cash bags and handling monetary values under fiscal supervision. Assisting with packaging, product testing when required, and merchandise handling. Requirements Completed (or ongoing) high school education. Experience in customer service, cashier duties, or retail (preferred but not mandatory). Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication. Organizational skills and attention to detail (prices, dates, expiration, values). Agility in restocking, cashier duties, and store-related tasks. Basic math skills for cash handling. Flexible availability (including weekends and holidays, as needed).
