




Job Summary: Generalist HR professional focused on organizational culture, employee engagement, development, and people management for an international food trading company. Key Highlights: 1. Support leadership in people management **ABOUT THE HIRING COMPANY:** "A company operating in the international food trade sector, specializing in the export of seafood, meats — chicken, pork, and beef — and various animal nutrition products." **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Participate in strategic-level leadership meetings. Promote employee well-being and engagement initiatives. Facilitate internal communication and cross-team collaboration. Participate in and organize events and activities reinforcing company culture. Plan, implement, and monitor training and development programs. Support current and future business needs through human capital development, engagement, motivation, and retention. Develop the action plan for the climate survey jointly with company leadership. Design and execute internal marketing initiatives. Support leadership in people management processes. Request promotional items/supplies for the department. General office administration (maintenance, procurement of supplies, and service contracting). **EXPERIENCE:** Experience in Organizational Culture processes. Knowledge of Job Evaluation and Compensation Program implementation. Familiarity with generalist HR processes. Knowledge of Development Plans (IDP) and Leadership Development Programs (LDP). Familiarity with routine personnel administration tasks. **REQUIREMENTS:** Analytical ability, decision-making skills, organizational capability, and priority management. Proactivity and commitment to the business. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Results-oriented mindset and problem-solving ability. Teamwork and interpersonal relationship skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel).
