RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Prepare snacks for patients according to medical prescriptions and/or snacks for physicians as directed by the nutritionist; Answer phone calls, record meal requests from the service center, inform the on-duty nutritionist and dietary aides, and monitor fulfillment of these requests; Provide prescribed diets, assemble meals, and prepare cutlery and napkin kits; Serve snacks and meals according to the dietary maps for patients and/or physicians; Collect meal trays from patients and/or physicians; Organize and clean and sanitize all equipment used during the shift: pitchers, trays, pots, blenders, etc., as well as the workplace; Sanitize meal transport carts during the shift; Refill water in the nutrition department refrigerators; Fulfill management requests regarding preparation of fruits and snacks; Prepare snacks for events and coffee breaks upon request; Deliver 20-liter water jugs to departments upon request. Comply with the company’s Good Manufacturing Practices Manual and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) applicable to your area of responsibility, as established by the company or current legislation. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS Mandatory: Incomplete Elementary Education Desirable: Previous experience in this field will be an advantage.
