This professional will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence at the unit, guaranteeing service quality, achievement of targets, and customer satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage the food unit operation, ensuring food quality and safety; * Plan, supervise, and monitor meal production; * Control operational costs, including procurement, inventory, and waste reduction; * Manage performance indicators (KPIs) and contractual targets; * Lead, train, and develop the operational team; * Ensure compliance with sanitary regulations and good food handling practices; * Provide customer service and relationship management, ensuring high satisfaction levels; * Prepare management reports and implement continuous process improvements. **Requirements:** * Degree in Nutrition * Experience in collective meal services and unit management; * Experience in team management and cost control; * Knowledge of food safety and sanitary legislation; * Organized, proactive profile with strong communication skills.
