Job Summary: We are seeking an AI Engineer to develop, maintain, and evolve production-grade generative AI solutions, with a strong technical background and architectural vision. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in the development and evolution of generative AI solutions. 2. Technical leadership in end-to-end RAG implementations. 3. Implementation and consolidation of LLMOps/IAOps practices. We are looking for an AI Engineer to work on the development, maintenance, and evolution of generative AI solutions in production environments. We seek someone with solid technical expertise, architectural vision, and the ability to transform models into robust, scalable, and cost-efficient solutions. Key Responsibilities: * Define and implement AI solution architectures (pipelines, embeddings, vectorization, services, and reusable components). * Provide technical leadership for end-to-end RAG implementations (ingestion, chunking, embeddings, vector database, semantic search, and retrieval strategies). * Design and evolve evaluation frameworks (Evals) and continuous assessment processes (quality, safety, response alignment, and behavior). * Implement and consolidate LLMOps/IAOps practices (CI/CD, versioning, deployment, rollback, observability, and model governance). * Ensure reliability and monitoring of solutions: metrics, automated testing, incident analysis, and continuous improvement. * Develop robust integrations via REST APIs and microservices, connecting AI capabilities to enterprise systems. * Work on data engineering (ETL/ELT), ensuring data quality, traceability, and performance for model consumption. * Provide technical support to the team by documenting architectural decisions and disseminating best practices. Requirements: * Strong proficiency in Python for developing production applications and services. * Practical experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, and vector databases. * Experience with orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Agno, or similar). * Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and distributed architecture. * Solid knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines. * Experience with observability, metrics, and testing in production environments. * Strong foundation in data engineering applied to AI.
