We are seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst with solid experience in payroll processing. The professional will be responsible for key payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, legal compliance, and technical support for routine payroll department activities. **Responsibilities:** * Perform complete payroll closing, including accruals, statutory charges, and reconciliations; * Execute, validate, and monitor onboarding, offboarding, vacation, termination, and severance procedures; * Monitor and reconcile DCTFWeb, Digital FGTS, INSS, IRRF, SEFIP, and other ancillary obligations; * Update and track Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs), labor legislation, and social security regulations, correctly applying them to daily operations; * Guide and support the payroll team, providing assistance to managers and employees regarding payroll-related inquiries; * Manage and ensure accurate submission of eSocial events (hiring, termination, periodic reports, and occupational health and safety); Administer and process electronic timekeeping, overtime, and time banking. * **What we seek:** * Solid experience in payroll reconciliation, taxes, and related matters; * Experience interpreting labor legislation and social security regulations; * Experience with ERP systems such as: (TOTVS and/or SENIOR and/or ADP and/or LG and/or TRON and/or etc.); * Advanced Excel skills for report generation; * In-depth knowledge of labor and social security legislation, including the latest eSocial rules; * Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple concurrent demands; * Analytical thinking skills for conflict resolution; * Discretion and professional ethics.
