Structured work environment JOB: Senior Accounting Analyst / Accounting Specialist Blumenau – Vila Nova Neighborhood 100% on-site. Responsibilities Perform complete accounting closings for companies under the Simples, Presumed, and Actual tax regimes. Execute and review accounting reconciliations of balance sheet and income statement accounts. Ensure proper accounting classification, provisions, reconciliations, and necessary adjustments. Prepare and review key ancillary obligations, including: ECD – Digital Accounting Record ECF – Fiscal Accounting Record DEFIS DIRF (where applicable) DCTF and DCTFWeb EFD Contributions (when required) Participate in the preparation of balance sheets and financial statements. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver accounting analyses, recommendations, and organizational support. Ensure timely delivery and technical quality of all outputs. Requirements Solid experience as a Senior Accounting Analyst. Experience working with companies under different tax regimes (Simples, Presumed, and Actual). Proficiency in monthly closing routines and ancillary obligations. Excellent organizational skills, autonomy, and sharp technical insight. Degree in Accounting Sciences. Active CRC registration (preferred) and familiarity with Questor or Senior software (preferred). Experience in accounting firms. Strong analytical ability, precision, and accountability regarding deadlines.
