Blumenau RPA Analyst \- Junior or Mid-Level We are looking for a Junior or Mid-Level RPA Analyst familiar with automation and low\-code tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate Desktop, Power Automate (Cloud Flows), Automation Anywhere, and n8n. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the development, maintenance, and evolution of automations, contributing to process improvements and technological innovation. Responsibilities Support the development and maintenance of automations using low\-code tools. Assist in process modeling and understanding of business workflows together with requesting departments. Create, adjust, and test simple to moderate automation workflows. Document automated processes, ensuring traceability and organization. Perform corrections, adjustments, and improvements to existing automations. Contribute ideas for continuous improvement and automation opportunities. Monitor automation results and KPIs together with the team. Requirements Familiarity/experience with automation (RPA) tools, including: UiPath Blue Prism Power Automate Desktop Power Automate (Cloud Flows) Automation Anywhere n8n Basic knowledge of programming logic and good development practices.
