




**Mission** Ensure, maintain, and continuously improve the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, the SASSMAQ system, and other applicable certifications, guaranteeing compliance, process standardization, and continuous improvement in transportation and warehousing services. **Activities** Responsible for ensuring that the company's services meet established standards by implementing and supervising quality procedures throughout operations. Identify and address non-conformities and deviations in transportation and warehousing processes, leading necessary corrective and preventive actions. Perform data analysis to support improvement recommendations, and monitor internal processes through quality audits and process audits. Support internal and external ISO 9001 and SASSMAQ audits, ensuring compliance with standards and requirements. Lead field problem resolution projects using advanced quality tools such as MASP, 8D, and Lean methodologies, aiming to increase customer satisfaction. Participate in the development of new projects by providing information and performance indicators related to service quality. Support internal department processes by monitoring performance indicators and feedback for continuous improvement. Coordinate Quality activities and ensure compliance with applicable regulations across company units. Conduct internal training sessions, courses, and lectures on Quality topics, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and SASSMAQ, promoting and disseminating the Integrated Management System Policy (Quality, Environment, Health, and Safety). Provide technical support to the Quality team, strengthening the culture of integrated management. Requirements: **Minimum Education** Bachelor's degree in Administration or Quality Management. **Desired Education** Postgraduate degree in Quality Management. **Desired Knowledge** Intermediate English. Non-conformity handling (advanced level). Problem analysis and solving tools: MASP, 8D, and Lean tools (advanced level). Process auditing (advanced level). Office Suite (advanced level). Internal SASSMAQ Auditor (intermediate level – preferred). Internal ISO 9001 Auditor (advanced level – preferred).
