To help drive the tech ecosystem with us, learn more about the **Senior Technology Manifesto**. **ABOUT THE CHALLENGE:** We are looking for a DevSecOps Analyst with strong Developer Experience expertise to lead the construction and evolution of an AI agent ecosystem dedicated to the software development lifecycle. This person will be responsible for enabling, integrating, and operating intelligent tools and platforms that drastically increase engineering team productivity — from foundational infrastructure setup through to day-to-day developer experience. The focus is not only on automation but on creating an environment where humans and AI agents collaborate fluidly, securely, and at scale. Responsibilities:* Actively contribute to the vision and implementation of DevOps and DevEx for an AI-assisted development ecosystem; * Integrate and operationalize tools such as GitHub Copilot, AWS Kiro, GitHub, and Azure Boards into the engineering workflow; * Build and evolve intelligent CI/CD pipelines, incorporating AI agents into stages such as coding, testing, review, and deployment; * Apply usage standards, governance, and security practices for AI tools in development; * Contribute to improvements in the internal platform (IDP) that abstracts operational complexity for developers; * Continuously evolve the developer experience, reducing friction and increasing productivity; * Implement advanced automations across the software development lifecycle (SDLC) supported by AI; * Ensure full observability (usage, performance, and impact of AI tools); * Work closely with development teams to identify opportunities for gains using intelligent agents; * Support success metrics (DORA, productivity, AI adoption, code quality, etc.).
