You will work closely with development squads to ensure stability, security, performance, and seamless deployment across all environments. **Responsibilities** * Administer and optimize Linux servers in VPS environments. * Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions. * Manage containers and application stacks via Docker and Docker Compose. * Manage staging and production environments hosted on Railway. * Implement monitoring and observability solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, and alert configuration. * Establish backup policies, log management, maintenance routines, and security best practices. * Manage AWS S3 buckets (storage, lifecycle, optimization, and cost control). * Document infrastructure processes, pipelines, and operational routines. * Collaborate with development teams to improve application performance and reliability. **Requirements** * Solid experience with Linux. * Advanced knowledge of Docker and Docker Compose. * Hands-on experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions. * Experience with observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus). * Understanding of networking, DNS, reverse proxies, and security best practices. * Experience with AWS S3 or other object storage services. * Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and DevOps culture. * Ability to automate tasks (Shell Script, Python, or similar). **Nice-to-Have** * Production experience with Railway. * Knowledge of Kubernetes (not required). * Experience with Terraform or other IaC tools. * Experience with cloud cost optimization. * Basic understanding of offensive security and system hardening. * Experience in high-demand, high-availability environments. **What We Offer** * A relaxed, organized environment with autonomy. * Challenging, high-impact projects. * Opportunity to lead structural improvements. * Culture focused on continuous learning and growth. **Compensation** Competitive salary aligned with market standards and professional experience.
