This person will ensure software engineering efficiency, delivery quality, and team technical advancement, partnering closely with Product, Design, and Data teams to develop solutions that deliver business value and an exceptional user experience. This role requires strong leadership capabilities, team organization skills, process improvement expertise, and product vision, while promoting a culture of collaboration, autonomy, and technical accountability. Responsibilities Team Leadership * Lead and develop software developers and technical leads, supporting their technical and professional growth. * Foster an environment of trust, collaboration, and shared accountability. * Conduct performance monitoring, provide continuous feedback, and implement individual development plans. Delivery and Execution * Ensure predictability and quality of development team deliveries. * Support planning and execution of technical and product initiatives. * Monitor delivery and quality metrics to support decision-making. Quality and Development * Promote software development best practices, architecture, and software quality. * Encourage practices such as automated testing, code reviews, observability, and continuous improvement. * Manage and reduce technical debt. Team Structure and Evolution * Support defining and evolving development team structures according to product needs. * Drive continuous improvement of development processes and cross-functional collaboration. * Facilitate alignment between development, product, and design.
