**FG is looking for a Senior/Lead Project Analyst**

We seek someone who goes beyond execution: who questions assumptions, proposes improvements, and elevates the technical and creative level of the project team.
**Responsibilities:**
* Develop architectural solutions during the conceptual phase, focusing on continuous product improvement;
* Coordinate and integrate projects across all disciplines (architecture, structure, and systems);
* Manage and coordinate projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and technical specifications;
* Conduct critical analyses and propose strategic adjustments to projects;
* Develop and oversee legal compliance projects in coordination with relevant authorities;
* Ensure compliance with technical standards, legislation, and quality requirements;
* Interface with developers, designers, and multidisciplinary teams;
* Lead technical reviews and independently resolve interferences;
* Participate in on-site and model unit validations;
* Manage suppliers and partner firms;
* Support the management and quality assurance of sales visuals for developments;
* Pursue constant innovation, including the use of technologies and artificial intelligence applied to projects.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urban Planning or Civil Engineering;
* Experience as a Project Analyst;
* Proficiency in BIM (Revit mandatory);
* Knowledge of Navisworks (basic/intermediate level);
* Familiarity with complementary projects and multidisciplinary drawing interpretation;
* Ability to interpret and apply technical standards and legislation.

**Employment Type**: CLT
**Work Model**: Fully on-site position in Balneário Camboriú/SC.
**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM.
