Work on color development, adjustment, and control, as well as monitor production processes to ensure final product quality. **No experience required** **Responsibilities:** · Develop, adjust, and produce color formulations to meet customer specifications and internal standards. · Test and validate colors in production batches, ensuring consistency and reproducibility. · Work with pigments to achieve the desired shade in recycled products. · Monitor and analyze the quality of produced material, verifying aspects such as color, texture, strength, and other technical characteristics. · Identify quality deviations and propose corrective actions to prevent non-conformities. · Record and document quality tests and color adjustments performed. · Collaborate with the production team to ensure proper adherence to color and specification requirements. · Conduct practical tests during the production process and validate samples before client release. · Train operators and team leaders on quality standards and color adjustment procedures. · Suggest improvements to production processes to reduce waste and increase efficiency in achieving desired colors. · Maintain a clean and organized workplace to avoid waste; · Perform other tasks as requested.
