Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring standardization, quality, and compliance of colors and properties of plastic materials, including color development and control. Key Highlights: 1. No prior experience required Ensure standardization, quality, and compliance of colors and properties of plastic materials produced by the company, guaranteeing adherence to technical specifications and customer requirements. Work on color development, adjustment, and control, as well as monitor production processes to ensure final product quality. **No experience required** **Responsibilities:** · Develop, adjust, and produce color formulations to meet customer specifications and internal standards. · Test and validate colors in production batches, ensuring consistency and reproducibility. · Work with pigments to achieve the desired shade in recycled products. · Monitor and analyze the quality of produced material, verifying aspects such as color, texture, strength, and other technical characteristics. · Identify quality deviations and propose corrective actions to prevent non-conformities. · Record and document quality tests and color adjustments performed. · Collaborate with the production team to ensure proper adherence to color and specification requirements. · Conduct practical tests during the production process and validate samples before client release. · Train operators and team leaders on quality standards and color adjustment procedures. · Suggest improvements to production processes to reduce waste and increase efficiency in achieving desired colors. · Maintain a clean and organized workplace to avoid waste; · Perform other tasks as requested.
