If you are passionate about challenges and identify with logistics operational processes, this opportunity is for you! . **THE MISSION AND DAY\-TO\-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:** The Logistics Operations Assistant’s mission is to ensure execution of all Distribution Center responsibilities (order processing, internal and external customer service, material control and storage, organization, cleaning, warehousing, inventories, invoice issuance, etc.). Your main activities and responsibilities will include: * Assisting with product receiving, movement, and warehousing at the Distribution Center * Assisting with receiving and verifying incoming invoices for purchased materials * Verifying quantity, description, and general condition of materials and packaging * Assisting with inventory control through entries made in the ERP system * Periodically assisting with inventory counts, following predefined verification procedures * Fulfilling material withdrawal and return requests from the Distribution Center by executing movement procedures promptly and maintaining controlled inventory levels * Processing sales orders, including picking, verification, packaging, and shipment of products to customers * Contributing to maintaining cleanliness and organization at the Distribution Center * Replenishing stock and picking areas * Interfacing with freight carriers and managing order dispatch * Monitoring exchange and return processes Requirements: **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU?** * Completed elementary education * Prior experience and knowledge in logistics (receiving, verification, warehousing, counting, picking, and dispatch of goods) * Forklift operator training and hands-on experience is a plus * Flexibility regarding working hours * Availability to start immediately Benefits **WHAT WILL YOU FIND AT R.BRANDS?** * Meal Allowance or Food Voucher (no payroll deductions) * Transportation Voucher or Fuel Allowance (no payroll deductions) * Morning and afternoon coffee served in fully equipped kitchens * Monthly bonus * Unimed health insurance (monthly premium covered by the company) * Uniodonto dental insurance * Exclusive discounts on our brands’ products * Welcome Kit delivered during onboarding * Opportunities for continuous development and internal career growth * Culture focused on innovation and entrepreneurship **WORK SCHEDULE:** On-site, Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour break.
