Job Summary: Will support inventory control, issue transportation documentation, and assist logistics operations, with emphasis on proactivity and organization. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for proactive and organized professionals. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support inbound and outbound goods control; * Issue waybills, reports, and transportation documents; * Support drivers, inspectors, and other departments involved in operations; * Enter data into the system and update spreadsheets; * Monitor deadlines, incidents, and contribute to smooth delivery execution. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Experience in logistics routines, shipping, or transportation; * Basic knowledge of Excel and management systems (ERP); * Proactive, organized profile with good communication skills. **Working Conditions:** * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from **8:00 AM to 6:00 PM**; * **Employment Type:** CLT – On-site; * **Location:** Itajaí, Itaipava neighborhood **Benefits:** * Health insurance * Meals at the company * Meal allowance * Day OFF after 12 months of employment * SESC partnership * Free parking Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
