The **IQA Academy**, the department for which this position is open, is one of the services offered by the Institute and is responsible for training and knowledge dissemination through training programs, courses, publications, and specialized educational solutions. **About the position – Training Assistant** The **Training Assistant** will be responsible for supporting administrative and financial processes related to the billing of IQA Academy’s training programs and services, as well as providing customer support—from initial contact through post\-sale follow\-up. This professional will play a key role in ensuring agility, compliance, and accuracy in operations, contributing to a positive customer experience and internal process efficiency. **Key responsibilities** * Process billing for training programs, courses, and related services, ensuring correct issuance of purchase orders and invoices in the ERP system; * Create, update, and monitor class project records in the system (ERP/Microsiga), ensuring proper flow of information and documentation; * Maintain and manage customer and supplier records, ensuring complete and up\-to\-date data for invoicing and payments; * Coordinate with Finance and Accounting departments to ensure tax compliance and adherence to deadlines; * Support supplier and instructor payment processes, including posting and verification of invoices; * Manage the e\-commerce platform for publications and training programs, monitoring orders, payments, and shipments, as well as resolving any discrepancies. **Minimum requirements** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in **Business Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields;** * Prior experience in administrative/financial roles; * Proficiency in the **Microsoft Office Suite** (especially Excel, Outlook, and Word); * Experience with **ERP systems**, preferably Microsiga/TOTVS; * Knowledge of **billing, collections, and cash flow processes;** * Familiarity with **customer service practices** and digital platforms. **Preferred qualifications** * Experience with **e\-commerce** (order management, payments, and shipping); * Experience in training environments, corporate education, or service delivery; * Organized, analytical profile with strong attention to detail; * Strong communication skills, proactivity, and ability to work collaboratively; * Customer orientation, sense of responsibility, and focus on continuous improvement.
