SENIOR DATA ANALYST We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team and transform data into strategic insights to support decision-making across all areas of the company. This role is essential to ensure consistent analyses, intelligent insights, and sustainable, data-driven growth. RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTES * Collect, organize, process, and analyze data from diverse sources (internal and external). * Create dashboards, reports, and interactive visualizations to support strategic decisions across departments. * Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across databases. * Develop and maintain ETLs and data pipelines to automate analytical processes. * Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to identify data-driven improvement opportunities. * Propose metrics, hypotheses, and tests to analyze performance, user behavior, and process efficiency. * Support building a data-driven culture across the company by promoting best practices in analysis and visualization. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor’s degree completed in Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or related fields. * Prior experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or in similar roles. * Solid knowledge of: Data analysis and manipulation languages: SQL, Python, or R; and Visualization tools: Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. * Data modeling and KPI/metrics development. * Familiarity with ETL processes and relational and/or cloud-based database environments (e.g., BigQuery, Redshift, etc.). * Strong analytical ability, logical reasoning, and effective communication with business teams. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Experience with digital products, marketing analytics, or business-applied data science. * Knowledge of tools such as dbt, Airflow, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, among others. * Basic understanding of statistics, A/B testing, and predictive analytics. * Experience with agile methodologies and high-performance environments.
