**RESPONSIBILITIES:** The Challenge: You will be the key player in validating, controlling, and communicating our billing process, ensuring data accuracy, technical compliance, and customer satisfaction. Your main activities will include: Data Validation: Accurate reading and recording of data, identifying inconsistencies, errors, or suspected fraud in metering. Critical Analysis: Interpreting indicators, charts, and consumption histories to identify abnormal variations and validate correct billing. Organization and Routine: Strict adherence to periodic routines (reading, validation, closing), maintaining updated reports, evidence, and files. Customer Communication: Clearly and thoroughly explaining billing discrepancies, corrections, and variations to customers, always seeking agreement and maintaining an excellent relationship. Problem Solving: Proposing and implementing adjustments, triggering maintenance actions, and correcting system/process failures to resolve metering discrepancies and prevent losses. Ethics and Confidentiality: Handling sensitive billing data with the utmost confidentiality, impartiality, and technical rigor. **REQUIREMENTS:** Requirement: Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields. Minimum Experience: At least 2 years of experience (including internships) in analytical and/or financial roles. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in Billing areas and/or knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Protheus). Hard Skills: Advanced Excel (charts and pivot tables are mandatory); basic knowledge of legislation and tariff regulations; development of financial indicators; basic Microsoft Office suite proficiency.
