MovRH is a company specialized in human resources solutions, offering recruitment, selection, and talent management services. **Responsibilities:** Provide customer service via telephone, e-mail, and in person, directing matters appropriately to ensure smooth routine operations and clarifying customer inquiries. Conduct hiring procedures. Perform termination homologation. Assist in payroll closing. Support calculation, verification, and submission of payroll, as well as verification and submission of GRRF, INSS, PIS, GFIP, CAGED, and RAIS. Assist with income tax processing as required. Support calculation, verification, and submission of termination documents. Prepare calculation, verification, and submission of vacation notice and receipt. Maintain the benefits subsystem for activities such as transportation allowance, meal allowance, dental assistance, and health insurance. Monitor and update employee timekeeping records. Calculate and manage overtime bank accounts. Perform registration and updates in the e-Social system. Verify and process contribution payments and other personnel record and control-related tasks. Maintain organized filing systems. Support other HR department needs. Previous experience as HR Assistant, Payroll Analyst, Benefits Coordinator, or Recruitment and Selection Assistant may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
