Job Description The SDR is responsible for customer service and lead qualification, acting as the first point of contact with potential customers, focusing on identifying business opportunities and scheduling meetings for the sales team. The candidate must have experience in the banking sector, ensuring a consultative approach aligned with customers’ financial needs, thereby contributing to strengthening the company’s sales funnel.
