Job Summary: Professional responsible for product listing and updates, order tracking, customer service, and support for promotional campaigns on e-commerce platforms. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to develop organizational skills and attention to detail **Main Responsibilities:** * List and update products on the website (descriptions, photos, prices, and inventory) * Track orders placed on e\-commerce platforms, from confirmation to shipment * Pick, pack, and dispatch orders * Update order statuses and tracking codes * Provide customer service via WhatsApp, chat, e\-mail, and social media * Support promotional campaigns and online commercial initiatives * Assist in inventory control integrated with e\-commerce * Ensure compliance with deadlines and quality standards * **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (a college degree is a plus) * Experience with e\-commerce, marketplaces, or online sales is a plus * Basic knowledge of computer applications and digital platforms * Strong written communication and organizational skills * Agility and attention to detail * Ability to work well in a team Job Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$1\.518,00 \- R$3\.141,91 per month Benefits: * Dental care assistance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
