Job Summary: Responsible for executing and supervising risk control and prevention operations in transportation, ensuring adherence to operational procedures and implementation of contingency and safety plans. Supporting the implementation of preventive actions and continuous improvement RISK MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT/ANALYST OVERVIEW: Responsible for executing and supervising risk control and prevention operations in transportation, ensuring adherence to operational procedures and implementation of contingency and safety plans. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Update and monitor tracking and control systems; Analyze alerts and incidents, supporting decision-making; Conduct periodic audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations; Prepare managerial reports on risks and mitigation plans for senior leadership; Conduct training and capacity-building programs for the team on risk management and safety practices; Communicate with drivers, operational staff, and customers; Organize records and documents, and track action plans (follow\-up); Support the implementation of preventive actions and continuous improvement. REQUIREMENTS: 3–5 years of experience in risk management, preferably in the transportation sector; Proven experience in developing and implementing risk mitigation plans; Experience conducting safety audits and inspections; Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree. Collaborative engagement with various departments for risk management; Familiarity with ESL and NOX systems will be considered an advantage.
