A transportation company is seeking a Fleet Scheduler professional in Itajaí (Vila Operária). **Responsibilities:** Schedule the truck fleet to fulfill customer requests in the shortest possible time. Monitor customer needs and scheduling requirements, defining routes and implementing transportation workflows. Locate and monitor transport vehicles through the system. Update information and analyze data recorded in the system, tracking vehicles via satellite. Keep customers informed about transportation status. Update company systems with employee, customer, leave, vacation, and incident data. Manage drivers, monitor their satisfaction, and foster a positive organizational climate. Resolve unexpected vehicle issues, seeking optimal solutions for both customers and the company. Adhere to established shift schedules, providing support to drivers on the road. Participate in on-call shift planning. Monitor expiration dates of driver documentation (driver’s license, MOPP certificate, toxicological test).
