About Us GTOP comprises the brands Rede TOP, ObenCard, and Preceiro Atacadista. With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2,000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35,000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for replenishing, restocking, and organizing products on shelves and islands in the Refrigerated Department; ensuring correct pricing; and adhering to procedures, hygiene and safety standards, pre-established standards, and store layout—thereby guaranteeing and enhancing the integrity, quality, physical appearance, and optimal presentation of the full product mix (variety) available to customers. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to achieving departmental sales targets by replenishing, restocking, and organizing products on shelves and islands; applying correct pricing; and following procedures, hygiene and safety standards, pre-established standards, and store layout—thereby guaranteeing and enhancing the integrity, quality, physical appearance, and optimal presentation of the full product mix (variety) available to customers; Contribute to product quality and loss reduction through appropriate storage on shelves and islands, in the warehouse, refrigerated chambers, and frozen chambers; organizing, sanitizing, and cleaning the department; checking expiration dates according to the FIFO (First Expired, First Out) rotation principle; and adhering to procedures, hygiene, quality, safety standards, and pre-established standards; Monitor and maintain the standard temperature of the frozen chamber, following established rules and standards, performing daily monitoring and maintaining related records; Monitor and organize products with approaching expiration dates (Short-Dated Products), displaying them in designated promotional areas; Control and collect expired products, as well as those with inadequate quality or appearance, and send them to the warehouse for disposal or possible supplier returns; Ensure and maintain departmental organization and cleanliness, including equipment and utensils, by performing daily sanitation procedures and requesting equipment adjustments or maintenance when necessary; Assist with related activities as required; Requirements **Academic Qualification:** High school diploma preferred Valid health certificate **Additional Information:** **Work Location:** R.
