Job Summary: A professional responsible for driving vehicles and operating equipment in the collection of various types of waste, ensuring vehicle maintenance and compliance with safety regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Operating vehicles and equipment for collecting various types of waste 2. Responsibility for vehicle inspection and maintenance 3. Leadership and guidance to the team on workplace safety **Working Hours: 2:20 PM to 10:35 PM** * Drive the vehicle and operate equipment to collect common solid waste, recyclable waste, special waste, healthcare service solid waste, and general service waste, following the established route; * Drive the bus (vehicle) to transport employees of mechanical mowing teams; * Request assistance from collectors when performing reverse maneuvers, ensuring the collector is off the step and within the driver's field of vision; * Conduct a vehicle inspection before starting work, complete the checklist, and report any irregularities identified to the immediate supervisor; * Complete the daily log sheet, recording data for production control; * Report to the immediate supervisor information regarding the behavior, productivity, and performance of the collection team or any incidents, so necessary actions can be taken; * Ensure proper operation of the vehicle and equipment, taking preventive measures according to manuals and regulations; * Report any irregularities in services or collection points to the supervisor; * Maintain the vehicle by cleaning the cab and reporting to the supervisor the need for corrective or preventive vehicle maintenance, as well as tire replacement or rotation; * Take the vehicle to authorized dealerships or workshops for maintenance; * Guide the team to comply with safety regulations applicable to their work area; * Report occupational or traffic accidents to the supervisor and follow the instructions received.
