




Job Summary: Bakery attendant responsible for customer service, product presentation, organization, cashier operation, and deliveries. Key Highlights: 1. Cashier operation and issuance of Fiscal Invoice Serve customers with kindness, courtesy, and efficiency; Present and offer bakery products, assisting customers in their selection; Restock and organize the sales area (display cases, shelves, and counters); Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace; Issue Fiscal Invoices and operate the cash register system; Process customer payments (cash, credit/debit card, Pix, etc.); Perform occasional deliveries; Follow customer service, hygiene, and food safety standards **Requirements:** Good verbal communication skills and courteous demeanor; Kindness and empathy when serving the public; Proactivity and initiative in daily tasks; Organization and attention to detail; Responsibility and punctuality; Teamwork; Ability to handle routine tasks and pressure during peak hours; Commitment to customer experience.
