R&D Analyst responsible for technical studies, feasibility analyses, prototyping, identification of technologies, and monitoring of innovative solutions.

Conduct technical studies and economic feasibility analyses for the implementation of innovative solutions

Monitor solution implementation, ensuring post-implementation follow-up and performance evaluation.

**Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office Suite
