**Job Description:** * Reading and interpreting electrical diagrams for complete assembly of control, automation, communication, and other electrical systems panels; * Complete assembly of electrical, control, and automation panels; * Handling manual and electric tools for electromechanical work; * Configuration and testing of equipment and components; * Delivery management and personnel training; * Participation in training and continuous improvement processes. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s or Technical degree in Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, Electronics, Electrotechnics, Electroelectronics, or Energy Efficiency. **Required Knowledge:** * Electrical controls and components (circuit breakers, fuses, relays, contactors); * Electromechanics (use of manual and electric tools); * Measuring instruments (multimeter, caliper); * Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing (5S, Kanban, Kaizen, Eight Wastes); * Reading and interpretation of technical documentation (electrical diagrams, equipment data sheets).
