Zeno Autopeças is seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to work in the finance department. Main responsibilities include account control and reconciliation, issuance and tracking of invoices, management of accounts payable and receivable, cash flow analysis, preparation of financial reports, and support in supplier negotiations. The professional will also ensure accuracy of financial records and collaborate with the team on budget planning. Perform weekly, biweekly, and monthly receivables closing; Collect payments from mechanical credit customers via WhatsApp or phone call; Schedule collection appointments with customers and record them in the spreadsheet; Assign daily collection routes to collectors; Receive and verify payments with collectors; Record received amounts in the system; Maintain the collection tracking spreadsheet; Issue bank slips for mechanics and collections; Conduct bank slip collections via phone call, WhatsApp, and email; Generate reports for customer delivery; File bank slips and invoices; Verify collections when complaints regarding returns arise; File invoices; Provide cashier support as needed; Monitor card machine usage via spreadsheet; Monitor customers' card machines; Perform other tasks occasionally upon request; Apply safety and environmental preservation procedures; Maintain ethical conduct and professionalism when handling information; Keep the workplace clean and organized.
