Support for the commercial team and participation in audits **Job Description:** ---------------------- We are seeking a Financial Analyst to work closely with the company's financial routines, focusing on accounts payable and receivable, collections management, and results analysis. This person will be responsible for reviewing operational team deliverables, supporting the training of new employees, and assisting the commercial team in using systems. Key responsibilities include analyzing delinquency and collections effectiveness reports, calculating receivables portfolio indicators, verifying automatic notification dispatches according to the collections policy, as well as Serasa registration and removal of delinquent accounts. Additionally, this role involves creating users and registrations in the system, and supporting audit processes. The professional will also monitor financial indices, validate reports with the developer, register contractual drafts, track contracts and commercial reservations, and participate in periodic meetings with the developer to present results. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ We seek a professional meeting the following requirements: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields (in progress). Basic knowledge of financial routines, especially accounts payable and receivable. Familiarity with financial indicator and report analysis. Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. Organized, proactive profile with strong verbal and written communication skills. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- The following will be considered advantageous: Experience in real estate collections or receivables management. Experience with financial systems or ERP. Knowledge of Serasa and its registration/removal processes. Familiarity with commercial contract analysis.
