Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Analyst to manage and monitor receivables across B2B and B2C channels, including collections management, reconciliation, and forecasting. Key Highlights: 1. Proactive management of B2B and B2C accounts receivable 2. Responsible for marketplace and bank reconciliation 3. Management of future receivables and cash flow forecasting We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented **Accounts Receivable Analyst** to manage and monitor receivables across B2B and B2C channels (marketplaces, our own e-commerce platform, and social media). **Key Responsibilities** **B2B Receivables Management** * Issuance of bank slips (boletos) and invoices (duplicatas) for sales. * Collection of outstanding amounts, including debt negotiation and renegotiation. * Credit analysis for new customers. **Marketplace Reconciliation** * Perform daily and monthly financial settlement reconciliations. * Verify fees, commissions, shipping costs, and taxes withheld by platforms. **Bank and Card Reconciliation** * Perform reconciliation of receipts from our own website and social media. * Verify transactions from payment gateways and credit/debit card operators. **Receivables Forecasting** * Manage future receivables and update cash flow forecasts. **Accounting Entries and Clearances** * Perform accounting entries, clearances, and reconciliations in the ERP system. * Update sales status upon confirmation of receipt. **What You Need to Have or Know** * Prior experience in the **Accounts Receivable** field is desirable. * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in related fields.
