




Job Summary: Responsible for operating the cash register and serving customers, following protocols, scanning merchandise, processing payments, and reconciling transactions. Key Highlights: 1. With multifamily management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for cash register operations and customer service, adhering to established protocols, rules, regulations, and standards; scanning merchandise, collecting payments, performing cash withdrawals, closing the register, and reconciling daily transactions at the end of the shift. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Ensure excellence in customer service at the cash register by following protocols, rules, regulations, and established standards; scanning/weighing products, consulting code tables, checking product labels, verifying weight on scales and system accuracy, processing payments, validating checks (including prior authorization and proper endorsement on the back), and verifying authenticity of cash; Ensure cash withdrawals during the shift and cash register closing, including counting cash, recording totals, signing documentation, and delivering it to the Supervisor and/or depositing into a safe or 24-hour cash box, thereby avoiding excessive exposed cash and ensuring accurate reconciliation; Contribute to achieving current campaign targets by promoting available products and services, identifying missing items, and reporting them to the Supervisor for action; Contribute to reducing front-end cash register losses through preventive measures such as minimizing bag waste, preventing theft, and promptly returning perishables; Maintain the workstation and equipment in optimal working and clean condition; request bags, receipt rolls, and other supplies as needed; Assist with packing and preparing goods for home delivery when required, ensuring optimal packaging; Assist with related tasks as needed, including shelf stocking, checkout counter setup, pricing and expiry date verification of merchandise, gift packaging, etc. Requirements **Education:** Completed elementary school **Additional Information:** 100% in-person position **Work Location:** Anfilóquio Nunes Píres, 4242 \- Bela Vista / Gaspar \- SC Working Hours: 4:00 PM to 10:20 PM **Benefits:** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Pharmacy Benefit Program Shopping Discount Program (partner stores) Life Insurance Performance Bonus Attendance Bonus * Position available for persons with disabilities (PCD)
