Join us and be part of this story. **Responsibilities:** * Provide support to engineers and other professionals in the field, monitoring the execution of repairs and/or renovations through photographic records and reports. * Monitor the organization and cleanliness of warehouses and tools; track the delivery of materials and equipment, verifying their conformity with requirements. * Assist in scheduling preventive maintenance for company-owned and owner-owned furniture and properties. * Assist in managing the Technical Assistance warehouse inventory. * Assist with maintenance care for offices and apartments available for sale. * Assist in preventive maintenance of offices and apartments. * Assist in executing renovations carried out in response to service requests. * Assist in finalizing apartments for commercialization. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Technical Program in Building Construction or currently enrolled in Civil Engineering. * Experience in Technical Assistance (Post-construction). * Knowledge of construction materials.
