Job Summary: A store leader passionate about retail and beauty, responsible for driving sales targets, developing the team, and managing the store's Visual Merchandising (VM), with a focus on results and customer service. Join us and shine!** **Your daily responsibilities will include:** * **Monitor and drive daily team targets** (sales, TM, PA, conversion) through continuous guidance and motivation; * **Conduct daily training for sales associates**, focusing on customer service, products, makeup, accessories, and customer approach; * Lead with empathy by providing **regular feedback**, recognizing best practices, and guiding areas needing improvement; * **Analyze results daily**, adjusting actions based on team performance; * **Manage the store’s Visual Merchandising (VM):** * Ensure well-designed window displays and strategic product placement; * Supervise daily store operations: opening/closing, cash handling, inventory, cleaning, scheduling, and team support. * Build relationships with customers and develop strategies to expand the store’s customer base. **What we’re looking for:** * Experience leading teams * **Knowledge of or affinity with the beauty industry** (costume jewelry, makeup, cosmetics, or fashion) * Clear and assertive communication with team members, supervisors, and customers. * **Results-oriented**: Works with **discipline and persistence to achieve targets**. * Aesthetic sense and organizational skills to manage the store as if it were your own * Strong communication skills, proactivity, and enthusiasm! * **Resolve conflicts calmly and with emotional intelligence**, maintaining an excellent team atmosphere and unity; * Flexible availability * Work schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off **Salary and Benefits:** * Fixed salary: R$ 2.670,00 * Variable bonus based on store performance * Additional variable amount of R$ 640.00 on benefits card (Flash) * Discount on store products **About Maria Chica:** At Maria Chica, we believe every sale is an opportunity to delight.
