Then let’s dive deeper into the role you’re applying for! **Your mission on this journey:** * Serve as the internal Quality area reference, leading the Quality Management System (QMS); * Map, design, and standardize critical cross-departmental processes; * Identify failures, bottlenecks, and opportunities for continuous improvement; * Support the definition and monitoring of quality KPIs; * Lead and monitor action plans related to non-conformities; * Control documents, procedures, and compliance with ISO 9001 requirements; * Support the development of quality guidelines, policies, and governance; * Conduct training and promote quality culture across the company; * Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure process compliance and evolution; * Execute and support internal audits and preparation for external audits. **To fill your \[space] at Next, you need:** * Minimum 1 year and 6 months of technical experience; * Completed technical or undergraduate degree; * Currently enrolled in postgraduate studies; * Basic Office suite proficiency. **Why work at NEXT SHIPPING?
