Job Summary: We are seeking a General Services Assistant to perform cleaning and sanitization of facilities, with emphasis on proactivity, organization, and strong communication skills. Organization and effective communication We are looking for a professional to join our team as **GENERAL SERVICES ASSISTANT** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform cleaning of facility areas (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming) using appropriate materials (disinfectants, wax, cleaners, etc.) and specific equipment (brooms, vacuum cleaners, etc.); * Dust furniture to ensure cleanliness; * Clean windows, glass doors, and doors using appropriate products and always with correct equipment; * Empty trash bins, wash them, and prepare them for reuse; * Sanitize restrooms and restock supplies (soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.), ensuring these areas are clean and ready for use; * Monitor consumption of cleaning supplies and request replenishment from the supervisor before stocks run out, to avoid shortages at the workplace; * Perform other duties related to the position, as directed by the supervisor. **WHAT WE EXPECT:** * Resilience * Readiness to work in an agile manner * Organization (equipment management) * Strong communication skills * Proactivity * Attention to detail (e.g., door marks, trash bin cleanliness, dust, cobwebs…) * Good teamwork skills **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Experience in cleaning services **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **LOCATION:** * **Balneário Camboriú** **SALARY AND BENEFITS:** * Salary: BRL 1,707.75 + 20% hazard pay, totaling **BRL 2,049.30** * Attendance bonus of 7% (no absences required); * Meal allowance of **BRL 33.00** per workday (1% deduction based on loaded amount); * Transportation voucher (6% deduction); **If you are interested in this position, please send your resume with the subject line 'ASG BALNEARIO' to WhatsApp 48 9 9178-4759.** Employment type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: BRL 1,707.75 – BRL 2,049.30 per month Screening question(s): * Do you have experience in cleaning services?
