Experience in automotive cleaning Responsibilities: Attend to, perform, and organize internal vehicle cleaning; organize the yard; ensure service excellence and excellent customer service. Requirements: Driver's License (Category B), minimum 6 months of experience in this role, knowledge of automotive cleaning products. Behavioral Competencies: Proactivity and initiative; good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. Flexible availability required during store events. Compensation: Base salary + hazard pay: R$ 2.951,00 Benefits: Meal/food allowance of R$ 800.00 (R$ 1.00 payroll deduction); Transportation Allowance (6% payroll deduction from base salary if utilized); Birthday Day Off (one paid day off on birthday or within the celebration month – to be coordinated with Management); Unimed Health Plan (available after 180-day probation period; no monthly fee, but 50% co-payment for consultations, exams, and procedures); Uniodonto Dental Plan (available after 90-day probation period; monthly fee of R$ 26.35); SESC partnership; Company-paid life insurance; Fruit Day; Education institution discount; Sesi Pharmacy agreement.
