Job Summary: Assist in preparing breads and savory snacks, provide customer service and sales, contributing to the organization and efficiency of the bakery department. Key Highlights: 1. Contribute to the organization, display, and restocking of bakery products. About Us GTOP comprises the brands Rede TOP, ObenCard, and Preceiro Atacadista. With multifamily management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in preparing breads, savory snacks, and doughs by sorting and handling ingredients, processing food items, keeping them organized and well-presented, and packaging them according to established standards, while adhering to production schedules and protocols; also provide customer service and sales, offering products and clarifying questions in accordance with rules, the Good Practices Manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and established goals. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to store sales through strategic product display and provide personalized counter service to customers; when necessary, advise on product types and derivatives; prepare, package, weigh, and deliver products to customers; Contribute to producing various bakery-related items by baking, frying, cutting, preparing, and packaging products, following production schedules and protocols, rules, the Good Practices Manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and established goals; Support efficient customer service by continuously restocking product display counters and applying correct pricing in accordance with pre-established rules and standards; Boost bakery department sales through attractive and distinctive product displays and strong customer relationships; Help reduce losses by correctly organizing displays according to FIFO (First Expired, First Out) and producing forecasted quantities per schedule, production protocols, and recipes; Monitor product appearance, expiration dates, and displayed prices, performing daily checks, and removing products with damaged packaging, expired items, or missing identification; Assist in receiving and transporting products, as well as preparing and storing them in appropriate locations; Support inventory counts for stock assessments, controls, and audits; Maintain sector organization and cleanliness, including equipment and utensils, by following daily sanitation procedures, and request equipment adjustments or maintenance as needed; Process customer payments at the bakery cash register when required; Support the integration and orientation of new employees whenever necessary; Assist in related activities as needed; Requirements **Minimum academic qualification:** Completed elementary education Valid health certificate **Additional information:** 100% in-person position **Work location:** Rua Anfiloquio Nunes Pires n4242 Bela Vista Gaspar **Working hours:** 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM to 10:20 PM **Benefits:** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Pharmacy Benefit Plan Shopping Benefits at Group Stores Life Insurance * Position available for persons with disabilities (PCD)
